    From the Flames
    During my lock down in the studio, i desperately needed to do something positive, productive and meaningful. I kept thinking we were going to come out of this mess stronger and better and I thought the phoenix was the perfect subject to use as a metaphor. From the Flames was born for hope for the future and the chance to rejuvenate and reinvent ourselves going forward.
